1. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Purchases

All items purchased from Samira Bridal Store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Bridal Diracs:
As our diracs are custom-made and made to your measurements and preferences, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind
* Event cancellations or postponements
* Dissatisfaction with style or fit

3. Damage After Pickup or Delivery

Samira Bridal Store is not responsible for any damage to the dress after it has been picked up or delivered. Customers are advised to handle their dresses with care and store them in a safe, dry place.

4. Limited Liability

Samira Bridal Store will not be held liable for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping delays, supplier issues, or emergencies. However, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order on time and keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Customer Acknowledgment
