Which sizes are available?
After your purchase, send us your abaya size (54–60) and measurements on WhatsApp. If you’re unsure, ask us for fit advice before ordering.
Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
Finland €9.99; other supported European countries €44.95; other supported international destinations €54.00. Free pickup from our Helsinki store. Shipping details
Can I return an item?
Standard products have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our made-to-measure bridal diracs are made to your individual measurements, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them where the legal requirements are met. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered. Returns & refunds
Can I visit or book a fitting?
Walk-in shopping visits welcome. Clothing fittings require an appointment. Book a fitting on WhatsApp ↗
How long do preorders take?
Preorder pieces take an estimated 6–8 weeks to make, plus shipping time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
