Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euros. The total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. A contract is formed when your order is confirmed by email. Your payment is taken when you place your order.
Sizing
After your purchase, send us your abaya size (54–60) and measurements on WhatsApp. If you’re unsure, ask us for fit advice before ordering.
Made-to-measure garments
Our bridal diracs labelled “Preorder” are made to your individual measurements, as stated in their product descriptions. After you order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your measurements in writing; production starts after your confirmation.

Withdrawal, returns and faults
For standard products, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For made-to-measure garments, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply where the legal requirements for this exception are met; this is shown next to the garment at checkout when you order on our website and is set out in our Returns & refunds policy, which is also linked at checkout. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrect goods always apply. See Returns & refunds. You can request a cancellation or return online via Manage your order / Returns & cancellations.

If we cannot resolve the matter together, consumers in Finland can get free advice from the Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta) and take the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta). These terms are governed by Finnish law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
