How your information is used when you shop with us.

What we use and why
- Checkout and payment: orders are placed and paid in Shopify Checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal; we never see your full card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Delivery: your name, address and contact details are shared with DHL (or another carrier where agreed) to deliver your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- WhatsApp and measurements: if you message us or send your size and measurements on WhatsApp, we use them only to answer you and to make and fit your piece, and keep measurements only as long as needed for your order and any related complaint unless you ask us to keep them. WhatsApp is provided by Meta (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.) and its own terms apply. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps before entering one.
- Your bag: this website saves a Shopify cart reference in your browser’s local storage so your bag is kept between visits. You can clear it by emptying your bag or your browser storage.
- Cookies: this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Lovable) may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security and to deliver the site, and may process technical data such as your IP address. Shopify Checkout asks for your consent before using non-essential cookies where required.
- Accounting: order and payment records are kept for the periods required by Finnish accounting law. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict its use, by emailing salahsamira@hotmail.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
